SPINNING

Our principal raw materials are cotton and polyester. The quality and continuity of the raw materials is a determining factor that influence the process and the final product. For that reason, we always assure the supply chain of those materials with the most reliable companies in the market within long-term contracts.

The subsequent processes of carding, drawing, combing and spinning are being continuously monitored by the same latest generation equipment and by our own spinning lab.

We have ring spinning and jet spinning manufacturing lines, which help us cover a wide specter of mixtures and counts not only to elaborate our products but also for direct selling which today constitutes a very important piece of our business.

FINISHING

In this area is where the fabric is dyed and finished to the desired width and final characteristics.

For the preparation of the greige goods, we have processes such as singeing, scouring, bleaching and washing.

In the dyeing area, we have equipment for continuous and batch dyeing. The dyeing department is controlled by an automatic system where mixing and dosing of chemicals and dyestuffs takes place, assuring the precision and repeatability of the shade.

Depending on the specific needs of our clients, the final product can offer special finishes such as permanent press, easy iron, repellents, fire resistant, antibacterial, and so on. Calendering and sanforizing are also available.
